We are delighted to offer our customers free standard delivery. The shipping cost for standard delivery will automatically be deducted from your order, when you spend over a certain amount.
How to receive FREE standard delivery:
- AUSTRALIA Delivery - spend $100 or more (Australian addresses only)
- UK Delivery - spend £60 or more (UK addresses only, excludes Northern Ireland and Europe)
- USA Delivery - spend $80 or more (Continental USA addresses only, excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any other USA Territories)

For your protection all Domestic & International parcels will be sent by registered mail.
Within Australia
Prices are in AUD and include GST.
Purchases will be posted standard delivery and charged at a flat rate of AUD$9.95 for postage and handling. You will receive a Shipping Notification which will have tracking details and you will receive your order in approximately 3-7 working days. Orders are filled from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post.
Please provide a work address if you will not be home during business hours. If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office.

Within Asia and NZ
Prices are in AUD.
Purchases will be posted standard delivery and charged at a flat rate of AUD$5.00 for postage and handling in Hong Kong, AUD$12.00 for most countries in Asia and AUD$15.00 for New Zealand. You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
Orders are filled from the Hong Kong warehouse via First Class Air Mail.
Within UK and Europe
Prices are in GBP and no VAT is charged as Childrenswear is exempt from VAT.
Purchases will be posted standard delivery via Parcel Force and charged a flat rate of GBP5.00 to addresses within UK, and GBP12.00 plus for addresses outside of the UK. You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
Orders are filled from the UK warehouse.
A signature will be required on delivery. Please provide a work address if you will not be home during business hours. If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office.

International Deliveries
In the event that Platypus Australia is sold out of the item ordered from either the Australasian, UK or US online shops, PA will supply you from an overseas warehouse at our cost.
Purchases to be delivered outside of Europe or Asia will be posted via Airmail. You will receive your order in approximately 7-14 working days.
