Return Policy

Platypus Australia aims to ensure you and your children are completely happy wearing our swimwear. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will be happy either to replace the item or to refund your money. Simply follow the instructions below and return the product/s to us at the address listed below.
  • Goods should be returned within two weeks of the original order date.
  • To comply with Australian Government Health Regulations garments must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Full refund will be given if garments are intact and in originally packaging
  • Washing instructions found on the garment must be adhered to. Any damage caused by the use of chemical bleaching agents on the fabric will not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
  • Receipts should be included with all goods for return/exchange.
  • If you would prefer a Refund we will credit your account for the amount of the goods excluding delivery charges.
